Maintenance Emergencies
A maintenance emergency is a situation that requires immediate attention to ensure the safety, security, and well-being of residents. Addressing maintenance emergencies promptly is crucial to maintain the safety and habitability of the property and to provide residents with a secure and comfortable living environment.
Maintenance emergencies include:
- Fire
- Flooding
- Broken lock
- No AC over 85 degrees
- No heat below freezing
- Smoke alarm issues
- Lockout
Pet Policy
Small pets under 30 pounds are allowed with a $75 deposit. All pets must be approved by the property managers.
Limit of one pet per apartment. Service/emotional support animals excluded.
